Recipe: Blueberry Iced Latte Recipe
Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup brewed French Roast coffee (we used Melitta’s whole bean coffee for extra depth)
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup sugar-free almond milk
- 2 tbsp coffee creamer
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Ice cubes

Instructions
- Brew your coffee and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the berries burst and the mixture thickens into a jam-like consistency. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Spoon the blueberry mixture into a glass, then add ice, almond milk, creamer, and top with the brewed coffee.
- Serve.
Give it a stir or leave it layered if you’re into the aesthetic. Either way, it’s summer in a glass.
