We’re calling it: blueberry season isn’t just for baking. If you’re looking to shake up your iced coffee routine, this blueberry latte is a refreshing way to do it. It layers fresh-made blueberry jam, almond milk, your go-to creamer and a splash of bold-brewed coffee. The result: A subtly sweet sippable drink you’ll want on repeat through the summer.

The recipe takes about 10 minutes. And grab your phone, as it looks surprisingly fancy in a glass (perfect for your next “coffee at the cottage” moment).

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the berries burst and the mixture thickens into a jam-like consistency. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Spoon the blueberry mixture into a glass, then add ice, almond milk, creamer, and top with the brewed coffee.
  4. Serve.

Give it a stir or leave it layered if you’re into the aesthetic. Either way, it’s summer in a glass.
