Here’s one of her go-to recipes. Try it today, or make it your own by swapping ingredients for stuff you love.
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 scoop protein (Try Iron Vegan Sprouted Protein)
- ½ cup of coconut kefir
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Sprinkle bee pollen
- 1 tbsp collagen (Try Bend Beauty Marine Collagen)
- 1 tbsp spirulina (Try Blue Majik)
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
